I'm a CRM and Sales Operations leader who has spent 15+ years sitting in the space most organizations struggle with most: the gap between what the business wants and what the system can do. I don't just gather requirements — I resolve the ambiguity, standardize the process, and build the adoption program that ensures the CRM investment actually delivers.

At Bosa Properties, I own Salesforce CRM for the sales and leasing division, driving enhancement projects end-to-end — from working with external developers on configuration to leading the change programs that land new capabilities with the team.
